Corpse Reviver #45
Revisited classic cocktail from 1930!
It’s a rich and dry mix of Danish apple brandy, dessert wine from the Cognac region and Italian sweet vermouth!
A mix of:
Merlet Pineau des Charentes
Chazalettes Rosso Vermouth
Pour 100ml over ice into a lowball glass
Pour 100ml in a mixing glass and add ice
Stir and strain into martini glass
Garnish with maraschino cherry
Alc. vol 24,5% / 500ml
